  1. I just read your encouraging article ‘With a God like ours, who needs frenemies?’. I’ve been dealing with the competitiveness for a while. The ‘five faces of friendship’ were so helpful – will be checking out your other posts!

  2. I gleaned much comfort and hope from your wisdom-harvested article, “Do You Hate to Wait?” as you put to light God’s wise and loving lessons and good purposes during our seasons of “later.” I’m reminded of the Piper quote,”The strength of our patience hangs on our capacity to believe that God is up to something good for us in all our delays and detours.” Waiting is difficult, but His purposes are loving. Thanks for sharing, and keep writing!

  3. Thank you for your recent post “A Place to Start for Spiritually Stuck People”. After returning to the States following a few years living in a spiritually dark place, I’ve struggled with the transition back to the Western church. You articulated just what I’ve been feeling but unable to express. The Lord is using you and your writing. Keep going!

  4. Thanks for your latest article “Seven things to do after you look at pornography.”

  5. Just read your article posted on DG ‘Real Men Love Strong Women’ thanks so much for that, I am sure you have received many encouraging messages, but I thought I was prompted to add mine. The Lord has seen it good to keep me single, but allow my desire for marriage and children to remain (if not grow!), I have seen many women and men make relationship choices that seem to be based on a desire for fulfil a physical desire rather than to honour God. My heart breaks as I try to disciple women to choose Christ and battle the worlds lies.
God has me helping with youth at my church, could you suggest ways to encourage these young men and even other men in the body of Christ in appropriate ways? How can I better honour my brothers and build them up so they might see the goodness of seeking Christ and a Christ centred woman? I don’t feel adequate but desire to lift up my brothers of all ages

  6. Keeping in the spirt, after stumbling on to your blog, I thank God for being so patient with me and for allowing His word to flow through you in my time of weakness.
